The results won't be announced until tomorrow at noon (12:00 PM Monday, March 20th). In the meantime, why not make some predictions or maybe come up with your own winner list.
Two of my favorites are "Sapphire":http://textplates.com/2006/02/26/sapphire and "Edelweiss":http://textplates.com/2006/02/14/edelweiss. And of course I can't help but like "White and Wild":http://textplates.com/2006/02/28/white-and-wild.
Widescreen is definitely a beauty...very complete template. Unfortunatly, the judges noticed some shortcomings in equally important areas and gave their scores accordingly.
Tom, so, will the results be available as a table with points template got in every rubric? Sorry for crossposting, but that would be really great - all the competitors would know their templates' strong and weak points, therefore, could concentrate on what needs improvement the most.
I will release Nathan Smith's scores as soon as I can get enough time to format them properly. I chose Nathan because he is the most TXP-familiar of all the judges (no offense to the other ones) and his scores will likely be the most valuable.
bq. Great, Tom! But why not release total scores (sum of all judges' scores separated by rubric) in addition?
Well, like I said, Nathan's scores are probably the most useful. A few of the judges were not comfortable rating some of the more TXP-intensive rubric elements.
I'll announce them on the blog once I turn it into HTML (I don't have enough time), but "here's":http://textplates.com/file_download/45 the judge's original .txt file just so you stop bugging me :D
