THIS SQUIRREL WAS FINE THE NEXT DAY. Fermentation is how alcohol is made and animals get drunk in nature all the time.

About the Site

A few words about this site and all the stuff that keeps it working.

The ‘my wishful thoughts’ is a web page template. It is designed mainly for female blog websites but it can be easily adapted for other kinds of web pages.

Textplates '07 The template was created by Piotr Delawski in July 2007 and it was Textplates’07 contest entrant. ‘my wishful thoughts’ was third runner up in this Competition.

The main features of the template can be summarized in few points:

  • neat and attractive design,
  • atypical and flexible layout,
  • XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS 2.0 validity,
  • correct display in modern browsers (accessible in older ones),
  • video blog and flickr photos bar.

The template uses one additional plugin: rss_auto_excerpt which generates an excerpt if there is no provided by the author.

Also the mootools javascript framework is implemented into ‘my wishful thoughts’ template which takes care of lists items hover states.

There is a User’s Manual included in the template package which describes the installation process and instructs how to use the website.

Please note that this template was designed to work with Textpattern version 4.0.5+ and there may show up some minor bugs on earlier versions of TXP (the demo site you are currently watching is working on version 4.0.4 thus you may notice some quirks).
